Website and hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Requests involve processing the IP address, time, requested URL, HTTP status and browser and device information. This is necessary to deliver, troubleshoot and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation.

Routine access logs are scheduled for deletion within seven days. Where a specific security incident occurs, necessary extracts may be retained until it is resolved and, where required, for legal claims.

Contact by email

When you contact us, we process your contact details, message and technical email data to respond. Email services are also provided through ALL-INKL.COM. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps towards or performance of a contract with you; for other business correspondence it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We cannot respond without a contact address.

Completed general enquiries are scheduled for deletion no later than six months after closure. Contracts, invoices and other records subject to statutory retention are kept for the required period under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data needed to establish or defend legal claims may be retained according to applicable limitation periods.

Language and motion

The entry page takes your browser language into account. If you select a language, a session cookie (atralis_locale) stores only that choice. It provides the display setting you requested and contains no tracking identifier. For animations, we respect your operating system’s motion preference without storing it. Browsers may retain session cookies when restoring a session. You can delete or block cookies in your browser.

This website does not use analytics or marketing trackers. Images and fonts are not loaded from external advertising or platform services. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made.

Recipients

Data is available only to the relevant people at ATRALIS and the hosting and email providers as needed for the purposes stated above. Processors are engaged under Article 28 GDPR. Data is disclosed to authorities where required by law. No transfer outside the European Economic Area is planned for this website.

Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact info@atralis.eu.

You may also complain to a data protection authority, particularly where you live or work. In Cyprus, this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
